The following Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of all the products offered on our website www.veryverysticky.com.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The sale contract is governed by Hong Kong law.
1. OUR OFFER
Our products, services and delivery terms, as indicated in your chosen currency, are valid worldwide. When placing an order, you accept the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. However, please note slight differences may occur with regards to the colours, drawings and fonts shown on our website veryverysticky.fr.
The prices are indicated in the currency of your choice. No tax apply.
Our prices include the standard delivery cost worldwide as indicated on our website at the time of ordering, except for products other than labels.
Your online order is only registered when you have fully and clearly completed the order form available on our website.
Within an hour of validating your order online, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email.
If you do not wish to order online, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. ACCEPTANCE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Veryverysticky will confirm your order by an email within an hour of receipt. It will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of ordering.
You can also print your order summary.
Veryverysticky archives its customers orders in a computerised system. If you would like to access your files please send us a written request to Veryverysticky – email@example.com
The sales contract becomes effective from receipt of payment for your order by Veryverysticky.

For all orders placed online we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Veryverysticky.com, customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of any item. Within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item reply paid for either a replacement item, a refund or repair of the item. We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again.If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed, including details of our reply paid address.
Typically refunds take up to 2 weeks to be processed once products have been received. Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of personalised or customised products:
- where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on the internet;
- for defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
- or if you have changed your mind Customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different.
So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. Our personalised products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.
